Chris left Mortenson in 2015 as a Construction Executive and joined Project One Integrated Services looking after the Denver Art Museum and Children's Learning Adventure projects before forming Grundy Construction Management & Consulting in 2017.
Since forming Grundy CMC, Chris has led the design completion and construction of the Denver Art Museum's $150 million North Building Renovation project, and has provided Owner's Representative services on a number of National Healthcare Realty projects in Colorado, Arizona and Florida.
Having completed many design-build projects both in South Africa and with Mortenson, Chris is well-experienced in managing the design process as well as leading large, complex construction projects.
