UNITED STATE AIR FORCE ACADEMY HOSMER VISITOR CENTER, COLORA
Experience at Epicenter is a 721,536 SF mixed-use project located immediately south of the Colorado Springs soccer stadium, consisting of a two level Clubhouse, future retail spaces, 408 apartment units, 4th level pool courtyard amenity area and 7th level Skydeck. The building structure includes a 4-level post-tensioned parking structure, structural post-tensioned podiums at levels 3 & 4, with 5 stories of wood framing from levels 3 through 7. The exterior building enclosure consists of brick, stucco, metal panels, and faux stone veneer.
Construction started in July 2021 with TCO being achieved in September 2024.
